Background checks: Reporting

When Beeline Enterprise is integrated with a background check provider, you can easily report on the number and status of background checks ordered and processed for a specific supplier. As a program office user or a supplier with the appropriate permissions, you can use the Report Builder and customize the Candidate Provider Background Checks report to reduce the time you spend gathering analytics about background checks.

Your program office must work with your client operations manager (COM) to set up the Candidate Provider Background Checks report and grant the applicable users access to that report.

1. Select Report Gallery.
2. Locate the Candidate Background Checks, and then select Run.
3. Edit the report title and customize fields based on the data you want to view.
4. Select the Filters tab and apply criteria to filter the data in your report.
5. Select Run Report.
