This article lists the steps you need to follow to approve workflow steps via an email using classic Beeline Enterprise functionality. It is intended for Hiring Managers who do not use the Hiring Manager Experience or for Program Office staff who need to act on behalf of a Hiring Manager / Approver.

To approve a workflow step from an email:
- Locate the approval email sent from Beeline Enterprise on your device.
- Review the content of the email.
- Click the Approve link within the email. A new email appears.
- Enter approval comments, if necessary and click Send. The workflow is then updated in Beeline Enterprise.
To reject or review information about the approval, click the link provided in the email to log into Beeline Enterprise.
