Q2 2022

Updates to the Accurate Background Check to Initiate list

To eliminate potential onboarding and Accurate® background check processing delays, only active background check packages display in the Background Check to Initiate list on the Candidate Offer–Accept Offer page.

New schedule report for failed Accurate background check API calls

If the integration between Beeline and Accurate® fails, your MSP/PMO may need to take steps to remediate or report the error.  To supplement and simplify monitoring failed Accurate API calls, MSPs/PMOs can receive a Provider Background Check Integration Failures scheduled report with data they can use to identify, define and remediate the failed integration failure call.

Request Definition Report includes Accurate background check error fields

If the integration between Beeline and Accurate® fails, background check processing may be stalled. To streamline monitoring failed API calls, these fields related to Accurate background check errors were added to the Request Definition report.

  • Background Check Error ID
  •  Background Check Error Message
  • Background Check Modify date

Financials

Q3 2022

New Description field to help users choose cost allocation CDFs!

Some Clients have multiple values for tracking their cost allocation data and use client-defined fields (CDFs) to precisely track how costs are assigned to their various business units. Hiring Managers (HMs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can use the Description field on the Client Defined Field Item Select Screen dialog to quickly decide which CDF to choose when selecting or editing cost allocation information.

TIP:  The Client Defined Field Item Select Screen dialog displays when an MSP or HM selects the Search icon in the Cost Allocation section of a relevant page.

This enhancement requires a Service Request ticket and Beeline platform configuration only if your organization isn’t already using the Cost Allocation and CDFs features. Currently, Cost Allocation and CDFs are supported with these Beeline features.

Contingent Staffing

  • Assignment Amendment
  • Create Request
  • Edit Request
  • Miscellaneous Fees
  • Onboarding
  • Time and Expense Approvals and Entry

Services Procurement

  • Project Amendments
  • Project Milestone Payment Approvals
  • Project Milestone Payments
  • Project Milestones

  • SOWs

Q4 2022

Choose daily cost allocation options

Clients can use Beeline’s Cost Allocation feature to identify, aggregate, and assign costs to activities and items for which they need to separately measure spend. Clients can choose to support different cost allocation codes for each daily time or expense entry or to support only a single cost allocation code for all entries in a given week. Permitting different cost allocation codes allows Talent to specify distinct cost allocation codes for each daily time or expense, which facilitates more granular tracking of daily spend.

When different cost allocation codes for daily time or expense entries are supported, Approvers can edit cost allocation details by selecting the Gear icon that displays when they click into an entry.

When a single cost allocation code applies to all entries in a given week, Clients can choose to allow Approvers view cost allocation summaries for a submitted timesheet or to hide cost allocation summaries in the Approve Timesheet dialog. Approvers can use the Cost Allocation View link to see cost allocation summaries.

These enhancements are global settings and require a Service Request ticket.

Edit cost allocation details before approving a timesheet

As an Approver editing a timesheet from a Time and Expense page, you can edit cost allocation details before approving the timesheet and ensure that spend is correctly assigned helping your program accurately track costs. You can even view and edit cost allocation details that were added on an assignment.

From the Time and Expense page, select the Gear icon that displays when you click in an entry to open an Edit Cost Allocation dialog. Select Edit from the Edit Cost Allocation dialog, and then change any edit cost allocation details you need to.

Search by Description when choosing cost allocation CDFs

Some Clients have multiple values for tracking their cost allocation data and use client-defined fields (CDFs) to precisely track how costs are assigned to their various business units. Hiring Managers (HMs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can use the Search link on the Client Defined Field Item Select Screen dialog to quickly shortlist CDFs by description and easily decide which CDF to choose when selecting or editing cost allocation information.

TIP:  The Client Defined Field Item Select Screen dialog box when an MSP or HM selects the Search icon in the Cost Allocation section of a relevant page.

This enhancement requires a Service Request ticket and Beeline platform configuration only if your organization isn’t already using the Cost Allocation and CDFs features.

Managing

Q1 2022

HMs can make the Hiring Manager new experience their default!

Hiring Managers (HMs) can now choose to make the Hiring Manager Experience their default interface using the New Experience toggle. HMs can switch back to their classic Beeline dashboard anytime they like by selecting the toggle again.

Unnecessary auto-refresh eliminated from the new HM experience pages

Previously when Hiring Managers (HMs) using the Hiring Manager Experience navigated from one tab to another, pages in the apps completely reloaded. Pages in the Hiring Manager Experience no longer unnecessarily reload while HMs are navigating, which improves their user experience and saves them time.

View Not Submitted requests in the Hiring Manager Experience

Hiring Managers (HMs) using the Hiring Manager Experience can quickly view their requests with a Not Submitted status from the Requests tab in the Track Progress section on the Home page.

Log out directly from the Hiring Manager Experience!

Hiring Managers (HMs) using the Hiring Manager Experience can use the Log Out command under the My Profile icon to simultaneously log out of their Hiring Manager Experience and the Beeline platform. Plus, using the Sign Out icon in the Beeline platform simultaneously logs HMs out of both apps.

Hiring Manager Experience Home page—New missing timesheets alerts

Hiring Managers (HMs) can quickly view details about not-submitted timesheets using the Missing Timesheet links in the Alerts section on the Home page. HMs can view missing timesheets from the last 12 months on assignments for which they are the Timesheet Approver or the HM.

More intuitive navigation naming in the Hiring Manager Experience

When you’re completing a task from your Hiring Manager Experience, additional pages sometimes display so you can complete your task. Those pages included a Launchpad arrow  that returns you to the page you were previously on. The Launchpad arrow was renamed Back to My Apps  and still returns you to the page you were previously on.

In addition when you complete a task, an Action Complete page displays. The Launchpad link on that page was renamed Home and returns you to the Hiring Manager Experience Home page.

New Experience toggle

Hiring Managers (HMs) can easily navigate between the classic Beeline platform and the Hiring Manager Experience using a New Experience toggle. The toggle replaces the Try New Experience button in classic, and it’s continually available on all Hiring Manager Experience pages making it easy to switch back and forth between classic and the Hiring Manager Experience.

Hiring Manager Experience delivers on ease of use and convenience

Hiring Managers can now complete approvals, amendments and other similar tasks entirely from the Hiring Manager Experience and enjoy a seamless, cohesive user experience. Workflows now open within the Hiring Manager Experience instead of a separate browser tab.

HMs can administer their Beeline account preferences in the Hiring Manager Experience

Hiring Managers using the Hiring Manager Experience can now manage preferences (such as their personal information, notifications, delegates, and much more) for their Beeline platform account from the Hiring Manager Experience. A customizable My Profile icon displays in the upper right corner of the browser tab that includes a Manage Preferences command.

Banner messages display in the Hiring Manager Experience

Critical messages from your organization or Beeline display as a Banner across the top of your Beeline platform. Banner messages are integrated into  the Hiring Manager Experience so you can be confident you’re informed about important messages.

Session timeout notice in the Hiring Manager Experience

Session timeouts ensure that your connection to your Beeline platform is secured. When your Beeline platform session is about to expire, you’re prompted to continue your session. That same experience is now part of your Hiring Manager Experience.

Q2 2022

New memorable standardized Hiring Manager Experience URL!

The Beeline Hiring Manager Experience has a URL that’s easier to remember and uniform URL:

app.beeline.com\hmx\OrganizationName

TIP:  Your organization’s name replaces the variable OrganizationName in the URL.

As a Hiring Manager, when you log in to the Hiring Manager Experience you can bookmark the updated URL and quickly access the Hiring Manager Experience from any support web browser.

Make the Hiring Manager Experience your HMs default!

Your organization can now choose to make the Hiring Manager Experience the default experience for all of your Hiring Managers! This enhancement requires a Make a Change ticket.

Hide Alerts on the Hiring Manager Experience Home page

In some organizations, Hiring Managers aren’t responsible for managing upcoming assignments or missing timesheets. If your program fits that scenario, you can open a  Make a Change ticket and choose to hide some or all the following items in the Alerts section on the Hiring Manager Experience Home page.

  • You have ## assignments ending in 30 days

  • You have ## assignments starting in 30 days

  • You have ## missing timesheets where you’re the Timesheet Approver

  • You have ## missing timesheets where you’re the Hiring Manager

Hiring Manager Experience WCAG enhancements

To ensure Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA compliance, these changes were made to the Assignments app in the Hiring Manager Experience.

  • These page titles were changed:

    • Pending Approvals is now called Assignments Pending Approval

    • Scheduled is now called Scheduled Assignments

    • Active is now called Active Assignments

    • All is now called All Assignments

  • The Contingent and the Services Procurement tabs were moved to display directly under the Assignments app page title. The new location provides better visibility and easier navigation.

Recorded Hours are now Units in the Approvals app

As a Hiring Manager, you can view information about timesheets submitted for approval from the Current or Historical tab in the Approvals app. To improve your user experience and eliminate possible misperception, labels related to hours were changed to units and reflect hours, days and partial days recorded in a timesheet. The Total Hours label was changed to Total Time, and when you can Expand Details for timesheets, the Hours label was changed to Units.

Simpler Sort By

Every app in the Hiring Manager Experience includes a Sort By list that Hiring Managers (HMs) can use to arrange how information displays. The sort order for Sort By lists is now available from a separate icon and only key values display in the lists. Plus, HM sort choices are saved, eliminating the need to reselect a sort preference the next time they use an app.

Improved Search Job Title

The Search Job Title feature in the Create app was improved and now Hiring Managers (HM) achieve better search results. For example, searching for sys eng displays all job titles with the words System Engineer, and searching for engineer displays all job titles containing the word engineer.

HMs can quickly view BTE details from the Approvals app

As a Hiring Manager using the Approvals app in the Hiring Manager Experience, you now have easy access to Beeline Time and Expense details before you approve a timesheet. After you selected the Expand Details link when you’re viewing details for an active timesheet, simply select the View Timesheet link in the Approvals app to open a Time and Expense page.

Easily identify delegated approvals from the Approvals app

As a Hiring Manager using the Approvals app in the Hiring Manager Experience, you can instantly identify items delegated to you for approval. When you drill into any item in the Approval app (either current or historical), a Delegated By entry shows in the card so you can immediately see which user delegated an item to you for approval.

Improved Hiring Manager Experience Guided Tour!

The Hiring Manager Experience includes a Guided Tour HMs can use to understand how to use the apps. The Guided Tour was simplified, has fewer steps and was updated to include the latest Hiring Manager Experience enhancements.

HMs can agree to be contacted about their feedback

Client feedback continually influences Beeline’s roadmap. As a Hiring Manager (HM), you can agree to let Beeline contact you about comments you’ve submitted via the Feedback dialog boxes. Direct collaboration between you and Beeline streamlines discussions and helps Beeline understand, prioritize and accelerate the availability of the features you want most.

HMs can initiate a quick request on their mobile device from the Hiring Manager Experience

As a Hiring Manager (HM), you can easily initiate a quick request from the Create app in your Hiring Manager Experience on your supported mobile device.

TIP:  Quick Request must be set up in your Beeline platform, and the Hiring Manager Experience must be your default interface.

HMs can access their organization's help in the Hiring Manager Experience

Hiring Managers (HMs) can access their organization’s help documentation from the Help menu in their Hiring Manager Experience.

Q3 2022

Hiring Manager Experience supports global search

Hiring Managers (HMs) can easily search for items using the Search Beeline field located near the upper right corner of the Hiring Manager Experience. Selecting Search Beeline displays a Search dialog with a Search filter. Based on your organization’s Beeline platform setup, HMs can search for assignments, candidates, expenses, milestones, projects, reports, requests, timesheets, and SOWs.

Updated Labels & Easier access to all approvals from the Hiring Manager Experience

Hiring Managers (HMs) using the Hiring Manager Experience can quickly get to all items pending their approval using the My To Do button. HM can select the My To Do button from the Action Required section on the Home page and from the Approvals and Tasks section in the Approvals app.

To help HMs understand which approvals and tasks they need to review, the Approvals card on the Home page was renamed Standard Approvals. In addition, the All Approvals card previously located at the bottom of the Approvals app was moved to the top of the Approvals app and renamed All Approvals and Tasks.

Ensure that HMs use Guide Me from the Create app

Some organizations want their Hiring Managers (HMs) to initiate workflows only using Guide Me. Now you can set up the Create app in the Hiring Manager Experience so that HMs cannot initiate a workflow without using Guide Me to walk them through procurement decisions and steps.

This enhancement requires a Make a Change ticket only if your organization isn’t already using Guide Me.

Guide Me available in the Hiring Manager Experience!

Your organization’s Guide Me interface is available from the Create app! Hiring Managers using the Hiring Manager Experience can launch the same Guide Me available to them from their classic Beeline dashboard.

This enhancement requires a Make a Change ticket only if your organization isn’t already using Guide Me.

Copy a job title and quickly create a requisition from the Create app

Hiring Managers (HMs) using the Search Job Title page can use the Copy Previous Request button to reuse details from a job title they’ve previously used to create a requisition. This enhancement simplifies creating a requisition using a job title from the Create app in the Hiring Manager Experience.

Manage resource tracking assignments from the Assignments app

Hiring Managers (HMs) using the Hiring Manager Experience can manage all of their resource tracking assignments from the Assignments app. The Resource Tracking card shows HMs all of their resource tracking assignments in a single app delivering a consolidated, improved user experience.

Easily view assignments by status from the All tab in the Assignments app

Hiring Managers (HMs) using the Hiring Manager Experience can view all of their assignments from the All tab in the Assignments app. The All tab shows HMs all of their assignments grouped by status, such as Pending, Scheduled, Active, in a single tab making it easier to view all assignments at a glance.

Help is easier to find in the Hiring Manager Experience!

Hiring Managers using the Hiring Manager Experience can easily locate and access online help using the larger Help button. The Help button is located in the upper right corner of the Hiring Manager Experience next to the user’s My Profile avatar.

Hiring Managers can create a resource tracking requisition using a job title from the Create app!

Hiring Managers using the Hiring Manager Experience can use Search Job Title to locate a resource tracking job title and create a requisition from the Create app. Adding resource tracking to the Create app improves your users’ Hiring Manager Experience satisfaction and provides a single app for creating contingent workforce requisitions.

Search for projects while creating an SOW from an SOW template

Hiring Managers (HMs) using the Hiring Manager Experience to create a statement of work (SOW) using an SOW template can search for a specific project type from the Search SOW Template pages. HMs have more criteria to help them quickly locate the exact SOW template they want to use to initiate an SOW from the Create app.

Easier geography selection from the Create app

Hiring Managers (HMs) creating requisitions using Create a Request Using a Job Title in the Create app, can view only geographies to which they have create access in the Geography list. When your organization uses a single geography, that geography is automatically selected in the Geography list. Plus if an HM has already used Search Job Titles, the last geography they used to create a request displays as the default.

These enhancements streamline HMs’ experience creating a requisition and saves HMs time by eliminating unrelated geographies in the Geography list.

Q4 2022

Improved performance for Search Candidates from Global Search

You gave us feedback that Search Candidates in the Hiring Manager Experience wasn’t up to par. We listened and adjusted the performance! Now when you look for candidates using Global Search, results display quickly.

Hiring Manager Experience automatic upgrade is live!

On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, all Hiring Managers (HMs) automatically received the Hiring Manager Experience upgrade. HMs can enjoy the personalized experience designed exclusively for them, based on their feedback.

HMs can use the Go to Classic link if they prefer to complete their work in Beeline Classic. Each time they use that link, a Feedback dialog displays giving the HM an opportunity to indicate why they’re returning to Beeline Classic. Beeline will use that feedback to improve their Hiring Manager Experience.

Instantly view the current version of amended SOWs in the Hiring Manager Experience

All versions of an amended statement of work (SOW) are stored in your Beeline platform. However, Hiring Managers need access only to the latest version of an SOW. To make it easier for Hiring Managers to quickly locate amended SOW details, only the current version of an amended SOW displays in the Hiring Manager Experience in these locations:

  • SOWs tab in the Track Progress section of the Home page

  • Active SOWs page that displays after selecting See All SOWs from the SOWs tab in the Track Progress section

  • Search Beeline results after looking for an SOW

  • All SOWS page accessible from Global Search

Quickly distinguish delegated candidate-related tasks and approvals in the Hiring Manager Experience

Hiring Managers (HMs) can instantly see in the Review Candidates app the name of the user who delegated a candidate task or an approval to them. In addition when an HM drills down in the Review Candidates to view Candidates submitted on an open request, they can see the Delegated By name in the Candidate Details card.

Improved Hiring Manager Experience Guided Tour

The Hiring Manager Experience includes an in-app Guided Tour Hiring Managers can use to understand how to use the apps. The Guided Tour was updated to include the latest Hiring Manager Experience enhancements.

View all candidate-related rejection tasks from the Hiring Manager Experience

Previously Hiring Managers (HMs) using the Hiring Manager Experience, couldn’t view all candidate-related rejection tasks submitted for review from the Review Candidates card on the Home page and in the Review Candidates app. HMs can now view and act on candidate-related rejection tasks configured in their organization’s approval workflow from the Review Candidates card on the Home page and in the Review Candidates app.

View all candidate-related completion tasks from the Hiring Manager Experience

Previously Hiring Managers (HMs) couldn’t view all candidate-related tasks submitted for review from their Hiring Manager Experience. Candidate-related completion tasks, unanimous tasks and approval events didn’t display in the Review Candidates card on the Home page or in the Review Candidates app. HMs can now view and act on candidate-related completion tasks configured in their organization’s approval workflow from their Hiring Manager Experience.

Hide Candidate names in the Hiring Manager Experience

Some clients have legal requirements to hide/mask candidate names to improve candidate diversity during the recruitment process and support blind, or anonymous, recruitment. The candidate names can be concealed in the Hiring Manager Experience to help Hiring Managers assess applicants exclusively on their suitability for a position and reduce the risk of conscious and unconscious bias.

This enhancement is a role-based setting that requires a Service Request ticket only if your program must hide candidate names and aren’t already using that feature in your classic Beeline platform.

Platform, security & privacy

Q1 2022

Do Not Reengage Candidate Submission notification options

You can already track whether a Candidate has a Do Not Reengage (DNR) flag on their profile in your Beeline platform. Now your Beeline platform can be configured to trigger one of these options when a user attempts to submit a candidate with a DNR flag:

  • Display a warning, which the user can override.
  • Display an error message that prevents the user from submitting the candidate.

CWS Client Organizational Unit template

The character limits for the organizational unit (OU) Owner, OU Assistant and OU Controller fields in the CWS Client Organizational Unit template were increased from 450 characters to 4000 characters. Increasing the character limit allows you to simultaneously upload more usernames with one import.

Advanced Notification Templates

A Request Group Modification Comment field is available with the Group Request core entity type. Now your notifications can include comments added when a group request was modified.

Q2 2022

Manage cascading CDF dropdown values

Beeline’s client-defined fields (CDF) feature lets your organization capture data unique to your workflows and business practices. Some Clients using CDFs need to predefine which choices are available in a dropdown CDF based on the value the user selects from a primary CDF.

Now you can use the latest enhancement to the CDF feature to build cascading dropdown CDFs in your Contingent Staffing module. The Cascading CDF Dropdown Values enhancement lets you set up which choices/selections are available from a subsequent dropdown CDF based on the value a user selects from a primary dropdown CDF. This enhancement is a global setting and requires a Service Request ticket.

New password requirements for non-SSO users

Effective Monday, May 9, 2022, non-single sign-on users must comply with this password requirement:

  • Beeline account passwords are valid for 365 days from the date the password was last changed.

To learn more about Beeline password requirements, see the Beeline Auth0 Experience User Guide.

MSPs/PMOs can direct users to their organization's website from Beeline help

MSPs and PMOs can use Self-Service to add URLs to pages in their Client’s internal website to the Beeline Help menu. Adding URLs gives their users direct access to pages with the Client’s Beeline specific documentation from the Beeline Help menu.

New password requirements for non-SSO users

Effective Monday, April 4, 2022, non-single sign-on users of the Beeline platform must comply with these changes to Beeline’s password requirements.

  • Minimum password length increases from 8 to 16 characters
  • A combination of case letters, special characters, and numbers isn’t required

Q3 2022

One to one ratio for Beeline IDs and Auth0 emails

Because Beeline user authorization ensures that a user has the appropriate permissions, a Beeline Identity used in an individual instance of a Beeline platform cannot be associated with multiple Auth0® email accounts. Beeline Administrators, Supplier Administrators and Managed Service Providers are now alerted when a user has more than one Auth0 email associated via the User Identity History dialog.

TIP:   To open the User Identity History dialog, select the User Identity History link on the Beeline Identity page for a user you’ve selected and the Beeline platform site you’re currently logged in to.

View more authentication error details from the User Identity History dialog

Beeline user authentication ensures that a user is active and has the appropriate permissions in Auth0® profile and the Beeline platform. Beeline Administrators, Supplier Administrators and Managed Service Providers can now view Beeline platform errors or Beeline platform and Auth0 authentication related errors from the User Identity History dialog. This comprehensive list of authentication related errors simplifies troubleshooting.

TIP: To open the User Identity History dialog, select the User Identity History link on the Beeline Identity page for a user you’ve selected and the Beeline platform site you’re currently logged in to.

Increased security for managing Beeline Identities

To increase security for a user’s Beeline Identity, the Edit link in the Identity tab on the User Edit Screen page was replaced with a Remove Account link. The Remove Account link strengthens security by requiring an additional step to change the email address associated with a user’s Beeline account and their Auth0® profile.

TIP:  The Remove Account link is automatically available to users who can currently edit another user’s account. To learn more about the Remove Account link and managing another user’s Beeline Identity, see the Beeline Auth0 Experience Administrator Guide.

Improved performance for Managed/Search list pages

To enhance your experience using the Managed/Search menu, Active is automatically added to the Selected list in the Status section for these Manage/Search list pages: Assignments, Candidates and Requests. Defaulting the Active status in the Status section shortens page load times and defining search criteria. Users can still select additional statuses as their search criteria.

TIP:  If your organization has customized the Assignments, Candidates and Requests pages, the Active status will not default in the Status section, and your MSPs’ experience on those pages will vary from Client to Client.

Add cascading CDF dropdown values to Services Procurement

Beeline’s Cascading Client-Defined Fields (CDF) Dropdown Values lets you set up which choices/selections are available from subsequent dropdown CDFs based on the value a user selects in a primary dropdown CDF. You can now add cascading dropdown CDF values to your Services Procurement module so users can select the appropriate CDF values as work progresses from competitive bid to statement of work to project.

Cascading CDF Dropdown Values are a global setting and require a Service Request ticket.

Q4 2022

Manage Cascading CDF Dropdown Values from Self-Service!

As an MSP/PMO/VMO, you can manage and build cascading CDF dropdown values for your Contingent Staffing module from Self-Service. Select Preferences > VMS Settings > Data Management from the Navigation menu on your Beeline dashboard. Then select the Cascading User Defined Fields Admin Screen Self-Service link to open the Client Defined Cascading Fields page.

Before you can build and manage cascading CDF dropdown values for your organization, you must be granted the appropriate permissions. Contact your Client Operations Manager for details.

After you build your cascading dropdown CDF values for your Contingent Staffing module, add the CDFs to the pages on which you want them to display, such as the Request page, the Candidate page, and more.

Cascading CDF Dropdown Values are a global setting and requires a Service Request ticket.

Import cascading CDF dropdown values

Beeline’s Cascading Client-Defined Field (CDF) Dropdown Values feature lets your organization predefine which choices are available in a dropdown CDF based on the user’s selection from a primary CDF.

MSPs and PMOs can streamline managing cascading CDF dropdown values using the Client-Defined Field Item import template to assign relationships between parent and child CDF values. MSPs and PMOs can also import cascading Client-Defined Field (CDF) dropdown values on existing assignments using the Assignment Detail Client Defined Value import template.

Imported cascading CDF dropdown are automatically validated to ensure accurate data is uploaded to your Beeline platform.

The Cascading Client-Defined Field (CDF) Dropdown Values feature is a global setting and requires a Service Request ticket. In addition, MSPs and PMOs must be granted the appropriate permissions to manage cascading CDF dropdown values.

Make Beeline Classic the default experience for specific Client users via Self-Service

On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, all Client users will automatically receive the Hiring Manager Experience upgrade.

Some Client users, such as Program Manager/Sponsor, MSP, and PMO/VMO roles, who perform administrative and oversight tasks will need Beeline Classic as their primary experience. Your Beeline Administrator or MSP can make Beeline Classic the primary experience for individual Client users via Self-Service.

As a Beeline Administrator or an MSP, select VMS Settings > Beeline Classic Access Management from your Beeline dashboard to open the Beeline Classic Access Management page and set Beeline Classic as a user’s primary experience. Setting Beeline Classic as the primary experience cannot be done by user roles. You can search for users by role and then choose individual users to set Beeline Classic as their default experience.

TIP:  Self-Service settings are available based on user permissions. If you don’t see the new setting, open a Make a Change ticket, and then reach out to your COM.

Q3 2022

Experience the refreshed Beeline Analytics!

Beeline Analytics delivers friendlier user access and modern rich visualizations making it easier for you to make informed business‑critical decisions. Check out what’s new.

TIP:   If you’re already using Beeline Analytics, enhancements are automatically available.

Q4 2022

Gather data on Beeline Classic access

A new Excluded from Hiring Manager Experience Default field was added to the Client User Definition report. Use that field to generate a list of Client users who have Beeline Classic as their primary experience so they can perform administrative and oversight tasks.

New Process Flow Visualization available in Request Cycle Time

The Breakdown page available from Request Cycle Time includes a new Process Flow visualization that delineates and details each step in your request cycle time. Those details provide powerful insights into the timing for each step, percentages by approval methods, percentages by approver organization, and much more.
