How to steps

Information in this article reflects a standard Enterprise configuration. Your Enterprise platform is based on your organization’s configuration. Settings and/or data visibility rules may vary slightly from what is described.

To accomplish your task, complete these steps from your Enterprise dashboard.

  1. From the Simple Search option at the upper right of your dashboard, select Search Assignments, enter the assignment ID, and then select the assignment you want to view. An Assignment Details page displays.

  2. From the Assignment Menu section, select Extend. A Modify Assignment page displays.

  3. From the Reason list in the Modification Reason section, select an explanation for the amendment.

  4. From the Comment field in the Modification Reason section, enter additional remarks about the amendment.

  5. In the Quick Extension Date field in the Quick Extension section, enter the date the amendment goes into effect.

  6. In the Quick Extension section, select the Search icon next to the Billing Term Category list. A Billing Term Category dialog displays.

  7. Select the applicable Billing Term Category, and then select OK to close the Billing Term Category dialog.

  8. Select Next. A Modify Assignment page displays so you can review your changes.

  9. Select OK.
