How to steps

Information in this article reflects a standard Enterprise configuration. Your Enterprise platform is based on your organization’s configuration. Settings and/or data visibility rules may vary slightly from what is described.

To accomplish your task, complete these steps from your Enterprise dashboard.

  1. From the Simple Search option at the upper right of your dashboard, select Search Assignments, enter the assignment ID, and then select the assignment you want to view. An Assignment Details page displays.

  2. From the Assignment Menu section, select Terminate/Cancel. A Terminate Assignment page displays.

  3. From the Type list in the Termination Information section, select an explanation for ending the assignment.

  4. Optional. Some termination types require additional information. Enter data in the additional fields that display based on the termination type you chose.

  5. From the Reason list in the Termination Information section, select an explanation for ending the assignment.

  6. From the Comment field in the Modification Reason section, enter additional remarks about the amendment.

  7. Select Next. A Terminate Assignment page displays so you can review your changes.

  8. Select OK.
