| Offboarding | Offboarding is the actions performed when a contractor worker has completed the assignment. This step can include tasks (for example, evaluation, credentials termination, equipment retrieval) and/or checklists. |

| Offer | An Offer is the process by which the program management office and the supplier negotiate the rate and skill requirements of the qualified candidate under consideration for an open request. Once both parties accept the offer, the candidate is onboarded and goes into a "scheduled" status until the assignment start date at which time, the assignment goes active and the candidate status changes to contingent worker. | Contingent Staffing |
| Onboarding | Onboarding covers actions performed after the offer is accepted and the assignment record is generated. This step can include tasks (for example, background checks, credentials verification, issue of equipment, issue of security badge, etc.) and/or checklists. These tasks can be structured into a variety of steps throughout the procurement process based on client preference. |

| Organization | Organization is a business entity within the client that has specific cost centers, procedures, hierarchies, managers, and other units to support their specific processes. See also: Organization Unit (OU) |

| Organizational Unit | aka OU Used to identify the different groups within a client site by which different cost centers, processes, hierarchies, and specific managers are tied to a single unit. These units are then combined to form the overall organization. Within the Beeline Platform, these are also used to structure manager "roll up" approval hierarchies. | Client Onboarding |
| Orphan Time | Beeline Time Entry (BTE) term that identifies entered timesheets with an Unscheduled status. |
