After a candidate is considered qualified and the Hiring Manager has chosen a candidate, a Managed Service Provider (MSO) or a Self-Managed Program (SMP) user can extend an agreement to the Supplier to fill a requisition.

Onboarding

The final step in the approval process before the requisition becomes an assignment. The Supplier and a candidate have accepted an offer, and the candidate is approved through the processes to make him or her an active contractor.

On-Boarding

Onboarding is a human resource process wherein new employees are acclimated with the business organization. It is the stage where they acquire the necessary company knowledge AND provided the logistics (tools, equipment, system access) needed in the performance of their duties.
This is performed when a candidate has been selected for a position and is approved through the processes to get them as an active contractor.
