| Terminology Keys | Terminology Keys give clients the ability to customize and localize Beeline Enterprise field names to the terminology of their choice. Standard Beeline Enterprise terminology can be adjusted to reflect the client’s “standard” terminology. For example, “hiring manager” is standard Beeline terminology but many programs use "engagement manager" for this user role. By creating a terminology key for “hiring manager”, the client’s instance of Beeline Enterprise can be adjusted to display “engagement manager” in its place. Terminology Keys are helpful not only for creating a site that matches the client's culture and also for clients with global programs, they can support multiple languages. | Timesheet Approver | Beeline defines Timesheet Approver as the person responsible for approving timesheets that are submitted by a contract worker.
