| Unique Resource ID | URID Every client resource is assigned a URID for tracking to reduce duplicate candidates and eliminate candidates who have been marked as Do Not Rehire (DNR). The URID is stored on the Supplier’s Resource Profile and uniquely distinguishes each resource, regardless of which Supplier they are working for. |

| Use Case | A methodology used in system analysis to identify, clarify, and organize system requirements. The use case is made up of a set of possible sequences of interactions between systems and users in a particular environment and related to a particular goal. The use case should contain all system activities that have significance to the users. A use case is a list of steps, typically defining interactions between a role (known in Unified Modeling Language (UML) as an "actor") and a system, to achieve a goal. The actor can be a human, an external system, or time. A use case is a sequence of actions that provide a measurable value to an actor. Another way to look at it is a use case describes a way in which a real-world actor interacts with the system. |

| User Defined Status | The sub-status of an assignment; for example, an assignment can be Pending Financial Approval. |

| User ID | An individual's log on ID for the Beeline platform. For a client user, their User ID is generally the same as their employee number. For a supplier user, their User ID is generally their email address. For a contractor user, their User ID is generally their resource ID. |

| UX | User Experience The process of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the usability, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the customer and the product. The overall experience of a person using a product, such as a website or computer application, especially in terms of how easy or pleasing it is to use. |
