Organize similar jobs into job classes
A job class groups similar positions into a common job category within an Industry. Job classes help organize workforce requirements, support the request creation process, and provide the foundation for related job titles, rate card classes, rate cards, and request templates.
Job classes are typically imported during implementation. As organizations grow, reorganize, or acquire new business units, additional job classes may need to be created to support changing workforce needs.
