How to steps
Information in this article reflects a standard Enterprise configuration. Your Enterprise platform is based on your organization’s configuration. Settings and/or data visibility rules may vary slightly from what is described.
Beeline Enterprise offers two kinds of Scheduled reports: individual and client. Depending on your role and permissions, you can access Scheduled reports from My Beeline > Scheduled Reports or from My Beeline > Client Reports.
The My Beeline > Client Reports is only available to client users and isn’t available to MSPs.

| Visibility -
Only visible and editable by the user who created and scheduled the report. You can’t schedule reports for dates in the past. -
Individual scheduled reports are tied to a specific user’s account or profile and are no longer available when the user becomes inactive.

All users with access to My Beeline > Client Reports can view, adjust or edit a Scheduled Client report. -
Scheduled Client reports aren’t tied to an individual user’s account or profile and remain visible when the user becomes inactive. -
Your Program Office can collaborate on these reports and see which reports were recently run.

| Benefits -
Set up your report to run on the current day or recur at specific intervals, such as daily, weekly, monthly, and more. -
Opt to receive email notifications only when valid data is available in a report. -
Use the Payment Register schedule type to run financial reports after the invoice is successfully processed. -
Select from Excel, PDF, and CSV output formats. By default, all reports are compressed to produce the smallest attachment.
