How to steps
Before you begin
Before using bulk edit, make sure you:
- Have access to Competitive Bid template management in your Beeline Enterprise VMS
- Understand your organization’s project types and template setup
- Know which fields or rules need to be updated
Important: avoid editing active templates
To prevent data issues:
- Don’t edit templates that are used in active project agreements
- Create a copy of the template before making changes
- Avoid removing or altering fields that active bids or SOWs rely on
Editing templates in use can cause mismatches between templates and active projects, leading to errors or disruptions.
