Before you start: This article applies to users who sign in with a Beeline Identity (email and password). If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), follow your company’s sign-in process. See Sign in to Beeline Enterprise.
Having trouble completing Multifactor authentication (MFA) setup or entering a verification code? See Troubleshoot MFA sign-in and setup issues.
Verify your identity and keep your account secure
Multifactor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your Beeline Enterprise account.
After you enter your email address and password, you'll verify your identity using a one-time code or another verification method. During setup, you'll connect an authenticator app to your account.
You only need to complete MFA setup once. After that, you'll use a verification code when signing in.

Set up MFA
To complete MFA setup, you'll need an authenticator app. Common authenticator apps include:
- Microsoft® Authenticator
- Google® Authenticator
- Twilio Authy®
- Cisco Duo® (Duo Mobile)
- LastPass® Authenticator
- Other apps that support standard time-based one-time passwords (TOTP)
💡See Supported Authenticator apps to learn more.
Authenticator apps generate a temporary 6-digit verification code that you'll use during setup and sign-in.
Follow these steps the first time MFA is required for your account. You'll connect an authenticator app, verify it works correctly, and save a recovery method in case you need to regain access later.
