This article provides supplier users with the steps necessary to view a new request after it is released by the Program Office.
This content reflects non-client specific Beeline Enterprise functionality which may vary from what you see when logged into Beeline Enterprise depending on any client-specific settings or adjustments.
To view a released Request:
- Navigate to your Beeline Enterprise Home dashboard.
- In the My To Do quadrant, click the number link within the alert sentence, "You have # New Request tasks awaiting action." The Review Alerts window opens.
- Review the list to locate the Request you want to view in detail.
- Click the Action dropdown arrow for that Request, then click View Details. The screen refreshes to display the full Request record.
By default, View Details opens at the Candidate tab on the request record. To view additional information related to the request, click the respective tab:
Summary: Use this tab to view a quick overview of the request.
Details: Use this tab to view a detailed description of the open position request.
Candidates: Use this tab to submit candidates or view previously submitted candidates.
Notes: Use this tab to add, or review, notes that are associated with this request.
- Click Return to go back to the Review Alerts window or click the client’s logo above the Header Menu bar to return to your home dashboard.
