Our collection of video tutorials covers a wide range of Beeline Enterprise tasks and workflows. The System and Admin Tutorials section focuses on those tasks that the Program Management Offices need for the oversight and management of their program activity and system users.

Additional online training for self-service features is available through Beeline University. The Beeline Enterprise Self-Service Features course gives Program Offices the tools and instructions to configure features for themselves or with limited assistance from your Beeline Representative. The course includes access to self-service guides, video tutorials, and a summary to test your acquired knowledge. If you are not already registered with Beeline University, you will need to create your login account before proceeding to the Beeline Enterprise Self-Service Features course available here.

 Change Management 

This module highlights the advantages of using an online VMS (Vendor Management System) to standardize, streamline, and simplify your contingent labor workforce. The intended audience is any client end user impacted by the implementation of Beeline Enterprise. It will help program offices or client VMOs communicate the system part of the change management process to their end users.
