This article lists the steps you need to follow to search for a candidate record using classic Beeline Enterprise functionality. It is intended for Hiring Managers who do not use the Hiring Manager Experience or for Program Office staff who need to act on behalf of a Hiring Manager.

This content reflects non-client specific Beeline Enterprise functionality which may vary from what you see when logged into Beeline Enterprise depending on any client-specific settings or adjustments.

 

To search for a candidate:

 

  1. Navigate to your Beeline Enterprise Home screen.
  2. Click the Search drop-down arrow located in the header section and select Search Candidates from the list.
  3. In the Search box, enter all or a portion of the request ID, candidate name, and/or job title.

With Beeline's Simple Search, you can seek candidate information from any screen within the application. As you type, the auto suggestion/type ahead feature begins suggesting search results.

  1. Click the Candidate from the list of suggestions. The Candidate Evaluation screen appears where you can view candidate information and take necessary action.
