This article lists the steps you need to follow to search for a request record using classic Beeline Enterprise functionality. It is intended for Hiring Managers who do not use the Hiring Manager Experience or for Program Office staff who need to act on behalf of a Hiring Manager.

This content reflects non-client specific Beeline Enterprise functionality which may vary from what you see when logged into Beeline Enterprise depending on any client-specific settings or adjustments.

To search for a request:

  1. Navigate to your Beeline Enterprise Home screen.
  2. Click the Search drop-down arrow located in the Header bar and select Search Requests from the list.
  3. In the Search box, enter all or a portion of the request ID, job title, and/or hiring manager name.

With Beeline's Simple Search feature, you can seek request information from any screen within the application. As you type, the auto suggestion/type ahead feature begins suggesting search results.

  1. Click the Request from the list of suggestions. The Request Profile screen appears where you can view detailed information relating to the selected request.
