This article lists the steps you need to follow to search for an assignment record using classic Beeline Enterprise functionality. It is intended for Hiring Managers who do not use the Hiring Manager Experience or for Program Office staff who need to act on behalf of a Hiring Manager.

This content reflects non-client specific Beeline Enterprise functionality which may vary from what you see when logged into Beeline Enterprise depending on any client-specific settings or adjustments.

 

To search for an assignment:

 

  1. Navigate to your Beeline Enterprise Home screen.
  2. Click the Search drop-down arrow located in the header bar and select Search Assignments from the list.
  3. In the Search box, enter all or a portion of the assignment number, contractor name, and/or supplier.

With Beeline's Simple Search, you can seek assignment information from any screen within the application. As you type, the auto suggestion/type ahead feature begins suggesting search results.

  1. Click the Assignment from the list of suggestions. The Assignment summary screen appears where you can view detailed information relating to the selected assignment.
