Occasionally, data transmissions between Beeline Enterprise and your Accurate® integration may fail. To minimize transmission errors, a failover process is built into your Accurate integration that indefinitely retries to process unsuccessful transactions until the cause of the failure is fixed or until the candidate for which the background check was ordered is withdrawn from the requisition.
For example, Accurate Background Check API authentication error can be resolved by setting up valid Accurate API integration credentials for a Supplier.
If an integration error occurs, email notifications are sent to the following users based on the type of transmission error.

As a program office user, you can also use the Provider Background Check Integration Failures report to help you further investigate the root cause of an integration error. After you resolve an error, the issue is removed from the Provider Background Check Integration Failures report.
