As a program office user with the appropriate permissions, you must configure or import Accurate® account details for each supplier in your Enterprise platform. You can set up and manage supplier account credentials only for organizations and industries you have access to.

For instructions on importing, go to Importing integration data.

Prerequisites

Before you set up a supplier’s account, obtain the following authentication credentials for the supplier’s Accurate account. You need this information to permit data exchange between the Enterprise platform and Accurate using Beeline’s application programming interface (API) calls. Accurate will provide this information to either the client, the program office or the supplier.

  • Provider’s API URL/Provider’s Base Location URL; the same URL is used for all suppliers you add to a client’s organization.
  • Supplier’s sub-company ID; a unique value is used for each supplier you add to a client’s organization.

Setting up Supplier Accurate accounts

Information in this article reflects a standard Enterprise configuration. Your Enterprise platform is based on your organization’s configuration. Settings and/or data visibility rules may vary slightly from what is described.

Setting up a supplier’s Accurate account in Beeline Enterprise lets you associate a supplier’s Accurate account with specific industries. In addition, configuring a supplier’s Accurate account ensures that background checks are processed promptly, streamlining your onboarding process.

To set up a supplier’s Accurate account in Enterprise, complete these steps from your Enterprise dashboard.

  1. Select Preferences > VMS Settings > Contingent Staffing. A Contingent Staffing page displays.
  2. Select Background Check Provider Settings. A Background Check Provider page displays showing any background check providers already configured in your Enterprise platform.
  3. Select Add New. An Add Background Check Provider Settings page displays. Use the fields in the Add Background Check Provider Settings section at the top of the page to associate a supplier with a provider.
  4. In the Name field in the Add Background Check Provider Settings section, enter a label for the provider’s account.
Best Practice recommendation. Use the provider name followed by a hyphen followed by the supplier name. For example, Accurate‑TopNotchSupplier.
  5. Optional: In the Description field, add an explanation about the provider’s account. For example, your organization might use this field to identify which location or industry uses a specific integration.
  6. In the Code field, add an acronym for the provider. You can enter up to 255 characters and camelCase is supported. This code is used to identify background check packages when data is imported.
Best Practice recommendation. Use the provider name followed by the supplier name. For example, Accurate‑TopNotchSupplier. Be sure not to include spaces or special characters.
  7. Select the Is Active checkbox to make the account available in Enterprise.
  8. From the Background Check Provider list in the Provider Settings section, select Accurate as the background check provider you want to associate with the supplier’s account. An Account Setup section displays after you select a background check provider. Use the fields in the Account Setup section to enter specifics about a supplier’s Accurate account and to permit data exchange between Enterprise and Accurate.
  9. In the Provider Base Location URL field, add the Accurate application programming interface (API) URL. This URL allows API exchanges between Enterprise and Accurate.
  10. In the Supplier Organization field in the Account Setup section, enter the name of the supplier’s business you’re setting up. Autosuggest shows you a list of available suppliers in your organization’s program. An Associated Industries section displays after you identify a supplier.
  11. In the Email field, add the corporate email address for the supplier’s point of contact.
  12. In the Sub Company ID field, enter the identifier that links the supplier to a specific parent client supplied Accurate.
  13. From the Available Industries list in the Associated Industries section, select the industries configured for the Supplier you want to include in the Accurate integration. Use the Arrow icons to move the industries from Available to Selected.
  14. Select OK. A message displays indicating your changes were saved.

The supplier’s Accurate background check account is activated in Enterprise. Next, the supplier’s Accurate credentials are validated, and the Accurate integration is authorized. The supplier’s Accurate account in Enterprise and the Accurate background check provider integration are automatically synchronized after 24‑hours.
