What are Sourcing Insights?
Sourcing Insights are contextual data displays that appear directly within Beeline Enterprise workflows. They deliver real-time, program-level information at key decision points to support faster, more informed sourcing decisions across contingent and services procurement processes.
Did Sourcing Insights replace the Did You Knows?
Yes. Did You Knows have been replaced with enhanced Sourcing Insights to provide improved intelligence into your sourcing activities.
Why were Did You Knows sunset?
Sourcing Insights deliver an evolved user experience and context-driven design. They also provide the foundation for next-generation advanced analytics and intelligence.
How are Sourcing Insights calculated and is there any difference to Did You Knows?

Is there a cost to add Sourcing Insights to Enterprise?
No. Sourcing Insights Program Data is included in the Base AI package.
How are sourcing insights set up?
A Beeline system administrator with the correct permissions can set up and manage Sourcing Insights for your program via self-service. System administrators can choose which insights to turn on and on which pages they appear.
Do I need to turn anything on to use them?
Yes. Before Sourcing Insights are available to your users, your Beeline system administrator must set up and manage them for your program via self-service.
Are insights customizable?
No. To provide consistent insights across Enterprise sites, Sourcing Insights are predefined and cannot be modified. But you choose which insights you want and in which workflows you want them to display.
Are custom labels supported?
No. Currently, custom labels/term keys are not supported. But labels are translated into other supported languages in Beeline Enterprise.
Can I choose which roles can see Sourcing Insights? Or is it visible to all roles?
No. After Sourcing Insights are set up for your program, they are visible to all users navigating to the configured pages regardless of role.
Is my data being shared with an AI partner?
No. Currently, Beeline doesn’t share any client Sourcing Insights data with an external AI service.
Where do Sourcing Insights appear?
Sourcing Insights are embedded in your Contingent Staffing and Services Procurement modules. After they’re set up for your program, they’re available to users during these workflows: requisition creation, candidate offer and competitive bid creation.
What types of insights are available?
You can add these insights to your Enterprise VMS.

Does the Sourcing Insights feature leverage AI for all insights? If so, is my data being shared with an AI partner or service?
Program Sourcing Insights are available without AI-powered metrics or AI processing, which doesn’t involve any data sharing. However, depending on your Market Rate Ranges data source choice, these data points in your data may be shared: the requisition job title, job description, location, currency, and rate type.
The Beeline data source uses private AI services provided by Beeline. The Brightfield TDX data source is external to Beeline and AI-powered. But Market Rate Ranges are not on by default. So, you decide whether your data is shared.
Are Market Rates available to all clients?
Yes. You can choose between two data sources for powerful market rate insights:
- Beeline’s proprietary market rate centered on high-volume, high-confidence job categories (included at no cost).
- TDX Rate Intelligence based on granular skill-based market rate benchmarks (requires a TDX subscription)
How are Beeline market rates different than Brightfield TDX?
As a subscriber, Brightfield TDX offers deep, granular, skill-based insights across global markets. Beeline Market Rates currently offers role-based, high-confidence market insights for the United States within Enterprise workflows derived from Beeline’s client data.
