Creating and capturing background checks in your Enterprise platform helps everyone involved in the procurement process adhere to legal requirements. Currently, Beeline Enterprise integrates with Accurate®, First Advantage®, HireRight®, and Sterling® as background check providers.

Program office users and suppliers often ask questions about background check features and functions. Find answers to those frequently asked questions here.

Can I setup an integration with more than one background check provider?

Yes. But you cannot use more than one provider for the same industry.

 

Does Beeline Enterprise integrate with client-initiated and supplier-initiated background check providers?

Yes. You decide who initiates the background check and who funds the process.

 

Is a contract required to integrate Enterprise with a background check provider?

Yes. You must have a valid contract with each background check provider you want to integrate with Enterprise.

 

Can Program office users and suppliers view the actual background check directly in Enterprise?

No. Program office users and suppliers can only view the status of the background check order and the results.


Is there a cost to integrate a background check provider with Enterprise?

There may be a cost involved. Contact your Relationship Manager for more information.

 

Can I initiate a background check for an independent contractor?

No. Currently, background check order cannot be initiated for ICs.
