Account access issues

Why is my Beeline account marked as inactive?

Accounts may be set to inactive if they haven't been used recently or if an assignment has ended. This is a normal process that helps protect account security and maintain accurate user access.

Account reactivation is typically handled by the team that manages Beeline access for your organization.

⚠️ Beeline Support cannot reactivate accounts or assign user permissions.

Try this

  1. Confirm your assignment status.
  2. Contact the person or team that helped you get access to Beeline. Depending on your organization, this may be a hiring manager, administrator, Program Office, MSP (Managed Service Provider), or another contact responsible for Beeline access.
  3. Request assistance with account reactivation if needed.

Authentication issues

Why is my 6-digit authentication code not working in Beeline?

Authentication codes can sometimes fail due to small timing differences between your device and the system.

Try this:

  1. Set your phone’s Date & Time to “Automatic”
  2. Verify that the correct time zone is selected.
  3. Reopen your authenticator app
  4. Wait for a new code to generate.
  5. Enter the newest 6-digit code before it expires.
  6. If needed, rescan the QR code or reenter the setup key

Still having trouble?

  • Verify that you're using the correct account in your authenticator app.
  • If you recently changed devices, you may need to set up MFA again.
  • Contact Beeline Support if the issue persists.

Which authenticator app should I use?

You can use any supported authenticator app that generates time-based one-time passwords (TOTP). Common options include:

  • Microsoft® Authenticator
  • Google Authenticator™
  • Twilio Authy®
  • Cisco Duo® (Duo Mobile)
  • LastPass® Authenticator

To get started:

  1. Install a supported authenticator app.
  2. Scan the QR code displayed during setup.
  3. Enter the generated 6-digit verification code.

Tips

  • Keep your device time synchronized.
  • If possible, use a second device when scanning QR codes.
  • Save your recovery code during setup.

I can’t finish setting up my account security—how do I fix it?

MFA setup failures are usually caused by setup errors or time synchronization issues.

Try this

  1. Confirm your authenticator app is configured correctly.
  2. Verify that your device time is set to Automatic.
  3. Generate a new verification code and try again.
  4. Restart the setup process if needed.
  5. If you're using the same device for both Beeline and your authenticator app, use the manual setup key if QR code scanning isn't practical.

Password & Email issues

Why didn’t I receive my password reset or welcome email?

Sometimes email delivery can be delayed or filtered by spam or security settings. It’s a good idea to check your junk or spam folder first.

Try this

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  3. Request a new email.
  4. Verify that your email address is correct.

If you still don't receive the email

  • Contact the person or team that helped you get access to Beeline to verify your email address.
  • Check whether organizational email filtering or security settings may be preventing delivery.

What should I do if my password reset link has expired?

Password reset links expire after a short time to keep your account secure.

Try this

  1. Return to the login page.
  2. Request a new password reset email.
  3. Use the newest link as soon as it arrives

Sign-in method

Should I sign in with SSO or a username and password?

If your organization uses Single Sign-On, that is typically the preferred option. In some cases, both methods may be available.

Try this

  • Use SSO if it’s configured for your account.
  • If SSO doesn’t work, try signing in with your username and password.
  • Contact the person or team that manages your Beeline access if you're unsure which sign-in method to use.

SSO sign-in error

Why do I see “SSO User Not Found” when I try to sign in?

This message usually means your account isn’t currently linked to your organization’s Single Sign-On system.

Try this

  • Verify that you're using the correct sign-in method.

  • Sign in using your username and password instead
  • Contact your Beeline access administrator to confirm SSO is set up.

Try this

  • Confirm you’re assigned to an active project
  • Make sure all required fields are complete
  • Contact your manager if anything looks incorrect
