This article lists the steps you need to follow to take action from the Candidate Management Tool using classic Beeline Enterprise functionality. It is intended for Hiring Managers who do not use the Hiring Manager Experience or for Program Office staff who need to act on behalf of a Hiring Manager.

To take a single action from the Candidate Management Tool:
- Navigate to your Beeline Enterprise Home dashboard.
- Click the Number link or the green checkmark My To Do icon within the new resumes alert sentence. The Candidate Management Tool dialog box opens. The columns of the Candidate Management Tool dialog box provide the user with information/links/icons.
You can also access your candidate submissions by clicking the Search drop-down arrow and selecting Search Candidates.
- Click the Action drop-down arrow adjacent to the candidate to display a list of available actions. Action options are based on the status of the candidate, the user's role, and the workflow configuration of the client.
- Select the desired action from the list.
To take a batch action from the Candidate Management Tool:
- Navigate to your Beeline Enterprise Home dashboard.
- Click the Number link or the green checkmark My To Do icon within the new resumes alert sentence. The Candidate Management Tool dialog box opens. The columns of the Candidate Management Tool dialog box provide the user with information/links/icons.
You can also access your candidate submissions by clicking the Search drop-down arrow and selecting Search Candidates.
- Select the desired candidates by clicking the box adjacent to the candidate.
- Click the Action drop-down arrow to display a list of available batch actions. Action options are based on the status of the candidates, the user's role, and the workflow configuration of the client.
- Select the desired action from the list.
Batch actions can only be taken on candidates for a single request. Candidates listed for other requests are not available for selection.
