Integrating DocuSign® with the statement of work (SOW) feature in your Beeline Enterprise Services Procurement module adds a highly secure, legally binding validation to ratifying an SOW agreement. That integration includes validating signatures for all parties involved against a Signature page set up for your organization.

After all parties complete their DocuSign eSignature tasks associated with a specific SOW contract, the ratified Signature page is appended as the final page to an SOW agreement. In addition, once sourcing is complete and all signatures have been verified by DocuSign, a link to the signed document is available on the General Information tab on the SOW page in Enterprise.

The default Signature page set up for your organization includes these standard tags:

  • Company name
  • Signer’s job title
  • Signer’s full name
  • Signature (DocuSign image token)
  • Date/Time stamp (DocuSign generated)

If you want to change the Signature page to comply with your in-house processes, you must open a Make a Change ticket and then work with your Client Operations Manager (COM) or Relationship Manager (RM).
