Leveraging the power of Mass Amendments requires a Make a Change ticket and Enterprise configuration. Your Client Operations Manager (COM) must activate the Mass Amendments menu and commands and grant users access to manage assignment event reasons.
In addition, your Beeline Administrator must set up assignment groups for your organization. Contact your COM if you need assistance with creating an assignment group.
