Easily transfer active nonbillable resources from one project to another.

As each fiscal year comes to an end, you most likely are renewing your projects and statements of work (SOWs). You can use the Project Resource Transfer feature to quickly and efficiently transfer active nonbillable contingent talent from one project to another in Beeline Enterprise.

Using the Project Resource Transfer feature reduces your administrative overhead when creating new assignments. It also ensures continuity, data integrity and accurate reporting. In addition, the feature can be tailored to your program’s needs, delivering flexibility, security and first-class workflow integration.

Main benefits

  • Facilitate swift and efficient transfers.
  • Maintain business continuity and operational efficiency.
  • Minimize downtime and administrative overhead.
  • Accelerate project kick-off by seamlessly transitioning resources.
  • Reduce disruptions caused by access delays or gaps in project resource allocation.
  • Allow project managers to view and act on project resource transfers pending approval under the Additional Approvals category in the Approvals app.
  • Include project resource transfer fields in your Advanced Notification Templates.
  • Report on transferred resources and assignments using the Project Resource Transfer Details report available from a project profile, and the Assignment Definition and the Projects and Services Definition reports.
