Beeline Enterprise solves the complexities of managing the extended workforce with a comprehensive vendor management system (VMS) to automate the management of your contingent workforce. Enterprise delivers an end-to-end (source to invoice) solution to help you manage professional temporary labor.

Enterprise comprises modules, components and features that empower your organization to:

  • Gain control of your statement of work (SOW) initiatives, from sourcing to invoicing
  • Seamlessly track all non-employees
  • Leverage expanded pools of qualified talent
  • Meet the fiscal, legal, cultural, and language requirements of individual countries

That power and flexibility require configuration and customization to set up Enterprise to meet your organization’s needs. Find out what you can manage on your own.

Self-service: settings client administrators can manage independently

As a client administrator, you can control and customize many Enterprise components and features. You can access global and lower-level configurations. Global settings are things like, field labels in Hiring Manager Experience, and lower-level settings are things like, business units and geographies.

TIP: Your client administrator can be a client user or a managed service provider (MSP) user.

To help you understand Best Practices for setting up Enterprise, Beeline offers certification training for all client administrators. Your Client Operations Manager (COM) is always available to provide insight or connect you with subject matter experts when needed.

Best Practices: To minimize disruptions and unintended downstream impacts, complete these tasks before you roll out a change to your Production environment,

  • Have your change review board review and approve all configuration changes.
  • Test your changes in a preproduction testing environment.
