Action required

Currently, Beeline supports client-initiated and supplier-initiated background check integrations with Sterling.

Integrating your Enterprise platform with Sterling requires:

  • An existing contract and account with Sterling before you engage Beeline to facilitate an integration.
  • Your program team, a Beeline team and a Sterling team.
  • A Make a Change ticket and discussions with your client operations manager (COM).
  • A series of configuration, workflow and API updates.
  • Detailed UAT and change management before integrating Sterling in your production environment; especially if your organization currently uses a manual background check process.
  • In addition, you must configure or import Sterling account details for each client and supplier in your Enterprise platform via Self-Service. For instructions, go to Adding a Sterling account in Enterprise.
