This article provides hiring managers / timesheet approvers with the steps necessary to approve a timesheet using Approval Central in Beeline Classic mode.

To approve or reject timesheets using Approval Central:

 

  1. Navigate to your Beeline Enterprise Home dashboard.
  2. In the My To Do quadrant, click the number link within the alert sentence, "You have X timesheets to approve." The Approval Central home page displays.
  3. View detailed timesheet information by clicking the date range in the Period column for the respective contractor.
  4. Review all information related to the timesheet.
  5. Select Approve or Reject in the Selected column. Enter comments for rejected timesheets.

    All timesheets can be approved by clicking the "Approve All" button. A group of timesheets can be approved by clicking the checkbox for each line item and then clicking Approve in the Selected column.

  1. Once you click Approve or Reject, the timesheet status updates and the timesheet is removed from the list. Notifications are sent to the contractor / supplier for all rejected timesheets.
