Integrating Beeline Enterprise with Accurate® simplifies managing background checks and employment screenings. Creating and capturing background checks in Enterprise helps everyone involved in the procurement process adhere to legal requirements.

Accurate background check packages are retrieved via API, ensuring that changes you make to your packages in Accurate are available in Enterprise in real time.  Plus, your suppliers can quickly initiate background check orders from Enterprise.

Currently, Enterprise integrates with Accurate, First Advantage®, HireRight®, and Sterling® as background check providers. To learn more about Enterprise background checks, read this article.

Enterprise supports only supplier-initiated background check integrations with Accurate. If your organization initiates and funds background checks instead of your suppliers, contact your Relationship Manager to discuss options.

Integrating Enterprise with Accurate requires:

  • An existing contract and account with Accurate before you engage Enterprise to facilitate an integration.
  • Your program team, an Enterprise team and an Accurate team.
  • Make a Change ticket and discussions with your Client Operations Manager (COM).
  • A series of configuration, workflow and API updates.

Accurate integration components

Your Background Check Accurate Integration comprises Enterprise, your Accurate account, and three primary provider connection point processes.

Process Description
Provider Sync Retrieves available active background check packages associated with a Supplier’s account. By default, this integration process executes once daily.
Provider Data Transmits the data required to create a Candidate record and to initiate a background check order is sent from your Beeline platform to your Accurate integration. By default, this integration process executes every two minutes.
Provider Update Retrieves and processes background check status and result updates. Updates are sent from your Accurate integration to your Beeline platform. By default, this integration process executes every two minutes.
