Program office users can manage the look and feel of email notifications generated from Enterprise using Advanced Notification Templates (ANTs). Using ANTs, program office users can control who gets notified about what for each step of their business workflows.
As a program office user with the appropriate permissions, you can customize templates for your organization to include information about background checks. If Beeline Enterprise is integrated with a background check provider, you can use these notification templates related to background checks in the Assignment or Candidate Core Entity Type.

To customize background check data in your email notifications, complete these steps from your Enterprise dashboard.
- Select Preferences > VMS Settings > Client Communications.
- Select Advanced Notification Templates.
- From the Core Entity Type list, select Assignment or Candidate.
- Select Search. An Advanced Notification Template List Screen page displays.
- Locate the template you want to modify.
- Select Edit.
- Make your changes to the desired sections, such as the Body, Body Template Field Visibility and more.
- Select OK.
Your template is updated and the changes you made are automatically included in email notifications generated by Enterprise related to background checks.
