As a program office user or a client administrator, you can leverage the flexibility of the Assignment Assessment Questionnaire (AAQ) feature to create and customize client-specific questionnaires. You can design questionnaires sent at specific intervals to recipients you designate based on rules you define.
Your questionnaires are sent to the hiring manager, project manager, supplier manager, and/or timesheet approver assigned to each assignment so that those users can assess a talent’s performance.
Use questionnaires to capture details around talent performance on an assignment to legitimize a long-term engagement. You can also create questionnaires sent after a defined interval to ensure a specific task was completed. For example, you might send the supplier owner on the assignment a questionnaire to ensure they conducted compliance training.
To set up an AAQ, complete these steps from your Enterprise dashboard.

Select Preferences > VMS Settings > Contingent Staffing. Then select Assignment Assessment Questionnaire.

From the Manage Templates page, you can create, copy or delete templates with questions that focus on assignment-related activities. For example, you might create templates for these types of questionnaires:

After you choose a template, you can start designing your questionnaire from the Create Or Edit Template page. Use the variety of options from these tabs to build your questionnaire: Information, Rules, Question Settings, and Questions.

Optional. The templates include options to allocate points and assign values, such as Required or Knockout, to individual questions. Points and values help Reviewers during the final evaluation.

Once you’ve built your questionnaire, set the template status to Active.
Then the qualifying questionnaires are scheduled to be sent to your designated recipients within 24 hours. Your recipient can be the Hiring Manager, Project Manager, Supplier Manager, and/or Timesheet Approver on the assignment.
Your questionnaires are sent as dashboard and email notifications. Notifications include a link that takes the recipient to the Survey Taker page showing the assignment details and your questionnaire.
Recipients can complete the questionnaire in multiple sessions by using Save Draft. When a recipient submits their completed questionnaire, the results are sent to the Reviewers designated on the template. Reviewers use the Surveys To Review page to easily drill down into completed questionnaires. You can designate Reviewers for OU (Organization Unit) types:
