Submit candidate rates in the currency that best fits local assignment, payment and business requirements
Submit candidates using the currency that best supports your business and payment requirements. When alternate submission currencies are enabled, the selected currency follows the candidate throughout the hiring process and into the assignment.
Why it matters
- Supports global workforce programs that operate across multiple currencies.
- Helps align candidate submissions with payment, business, and local currency requirements.
- Improves consistency throughout candidate review, offer, and assignment activities.
- Reduces the need to rework candidate submissions due to currency selection issues.
- Makes it easier for stakeholders to evaluate candidates in the appropriate currency.
How it helps
- Lets you submit candidates in a supported currency other than the request currency.
- Associates candidate rates with the selected submission currency.
- Carries the selected currency through candidate review, offer, and assignment activities.
- Preserves the selected currency throughout the hiring process after submission.
Availability and setup
Alternate submission currencies aren't available in all programs and requests. Availability depends on your organization's configuration.
If a submission currency option isn't available during candidate submission, the request uses the request currency.
Multi-currency scenarios
Some programs allow candidate submissions in a currency different from the request currency.
For example, you may submit a candidate using:
- The request currency.
- The worker's local currency.
- A supplier-preferred currency.
- Another supported currency.
When you select a submission currency:
- The selected currency carries through the hiring process.
- The selected currency carries into the assignment.
- You can continue to view the selected currency during candidate review, offer, and assignment activities.
