I'm seeing "SSO User Not Found". How do I fix it?

This message usually means your account isn't currently linked to your organization's Single Sign-On (SSO) system. In some cases, you may be using the wrong sign-in method, or your account may need to be configured for SSO by your organization's IT or security team.

Common Causes

  • SSO is not configured for your account.
  • The wrong sign-in method was used.
  • Your account details do not match your organization's identity provider.
  • Your account mapping between Beeline and your organization's SSO system is incomplete or incorrect.

How do I know if I should use SSO?

You should use Single Sign-On (SSO) if your organization provides a company sign-in page or manages access through a corporate identity provider.

You should use Standard Beeline Login if you normally sign in using your email address and a Beeline password.

If you're unsure which sign-in method applies to your account, contact your organization's IT or security team or the person responsible for your Beeline access.

If... Use...
Your organization provides a company sign-in page or corporate identity provider Single Sign-On (SSO)
You normally sign in with your email address and a Beeline password Standard Beeline Login
You previously created or reset a Beeline password Standard Beeline Login
You previously used your organization's sign-in page to access Beeline Single Sign-On (SSO)
You're unsure which method applies to your account Contact your organization's IT or security team

How to Fix It

  1. Go to your company’s Beeline URL. The Welcome page displays.

  2. Select Continue with SSO.
💡 If you see both Log in to Beeline and Continue with SSO, choose Continue with SSO

  3. If you sign in successfully, no further action is required.
  4. If you receive an SSO User Not Found message:
    • Return to the Log in page.
    • Try signing in using your username and password instead.
  5. If you're unsure whether your account uses SSO or Standard Beeline Login:
    • Use SSO if your organization provides a company sign-in page or corporate identity provider.
    • Use Standard Beeline Login if you normally sign in using your email address and a Beeline password.
  6. If you can sign in using your username and password but not SSO:
    • Contact your organization's IT or security team.
    • Ask them to verify that SSO is enabled for your account and that your account is correctly mapped to your organization's identity provider.
  7. Verify that:
    • You are using the correct email address.
    • Your account information matches your organization's records.
    • You are selecting the correct organization's sign-in option, if multiple options are available.
  8. If the issue persists after completing these steps, contact your organization's IT or security team for assistance.

Common Scenarios

New User

I just received access to Beeline and don't know how to sign in.

Contact the person who provided your Beeline access and confirm whether your account is configured for SSO or Standard Beeline Login before attempting to sign in.

SSO User Not Found

I selected SSO and received an "SSO User Not Found" error.

Try signing in with your username and password. If that works, contact your organization's IT or security team to verify your SSO configuration.

Both Sign-In Options Are Available

I see both SSO and Standard Login options.

Choose Continue with SSO. Using the wrong sign-in method may result in authentication errors or access issues.

Who Manages SSO?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is managed by your organization's IT or security team, not Beeline Support.

If you believe your account should use SSO but cannot access Beeline, contact the team responsible for managing your organization's sign-in credentials, identity provider, or access systems.
