Choosing the correct sign-in method in Beeline
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), that is typically the preferred sign-in method. In some cases, both SSO and Standard Beeline Login may be available. Using the correct sign-in method helps prevent authentication errors and sign-in issues.
If you're unsure which method applies to your account, contact the person responsible for your Beeline access or the team responsible for managing your organization's sign-in credentials and SSO configuration.
Which sign-in method should I use?
The sign-in method available to you depends on how your organization manages access to Beeline.
| If... | Use... |
|---|---|
| Your organization provides a company sign-in page or corporate identity provider | Single Sign-On (SSO) |
| You normally sign in with your email address and a Beeline password | Standard Beeline Login |
| You previously created or reset a Beeline password | Standard Beeline Login |
| You previously used your organization's sign-in page to access Beeline | Single Sign-On (SSO) |
| You're unsure which method applies to your account | Contact the person responsible for your Beeline access or your organization's IT or security team |
Common Sign-In Scenarios
Example 1: New User
"I just received access to Beeline and don't know how to sign in."
Contact the person who provided your Beeline access and confirm whether your account is configured for SSO or Standard Beeline Login before attempting to sign in.
Example 2: SSO User Not Found
"I selected SSO and received an 'SSO User Not Found' error."
Try signing in with your username and password. If that works, contact your organization's IT or security team to verify that your account is correctly configured for SSO. This error often indicates that your account is not currently linked to your organization's SSO system.
Example 3: Both Sign-In Options Are Available
"I see both SSO and Standard Login options."
Use the sign-in method assigned to your account. Attempting to use the wrong sign-in method may result in authentication errors or access issues.
Who manages SSO?
Single Sign-On (SSO) is managed by your organization's IT or security team, not Beeline Support.
If you believe your account should use SSO, contact the team responsible for managing your organization's sign-in credentials, identity provider, or access systems.
Troubleshooting
-
Go to your company’s Beeline URL. The Welcome page displays.
-
Select Continue with SSO.
💡 If you see both Log in to Beeline and Continue with SSO, choose Continue with SSO - If SSO doesn't work, try signing in using your username and password.
- Verify that you're using the sign-in method assigned to your account.
- Confirm that your email address matches your organization's records.
- Contact your organization's IT or security team if you're unsure which sign-in method to use or believe your SSO account is not configured correctly.
Not sure who manages your access?
Start with:
- The person who helped you get access to Beeline
- Your hiring manager
- Your primary business contact
- Your organization's workforce or staffing program administrator
They can direct you to the appropriate team.
