Why am I unable to sign in?

If you see an Account Inactive message or cannot sign in to Beeline, your access may have been affected by one of the following:

  • Your assignment has ended.
  • You have not used your account recently.
  • An administrator updated your access.
  • Login access has been disabled by the organization responsible for managing your account.

These are standard security and access-management controls used to maintain accurate user access.

Account reactivation and login access restoration must be performed by the person or team responsible for managing your Beeline access. This article explains who can help, how to identify the correct contact, and what steps to take to regain access.

How do I regain access?

  1. Contact the person or team that originally provided your Beeline access.
  2. Explain any time-sensitive impact, such as being unable to submit a timesheet, complete required work, or meet a deadline.
  3. Request account reactivation or access restoration.
  4. Wait for confirmation before attempting to sign in again.

Who can reactivate my account?

Only the person or team that manages your Beeline access can reactivate your account or restore login access.

⚠️ Beeline Support cannot reactivate accounts, assign user permissions, or enable login access.

Who should I contact?

If you are... Contact...
A contractor working through a staffing supplier Your Supplier Administrator or staffing agency representative
A supplier user Your Supplier Administrator
A client user whose program is managed by an MSP Your MSP contact or program administrator
A hiring manager or client-managed user Your Workforce Administrator, Program Office, or hiring manager
Not sure who manages your access? Contact the person who originally provided your Beeline access or your primary business contact

Why can't I log in even though my account appears active?

In some situations, your account may not display an Account Inactive message, yet you may still be unable to sign in.

This can occur when:

  • Login access has been disabled by an administrator.
  • An assignment has ended and access has been restricted.
  • A staffing supplier, MSP, or program administrator has temporarily suspended access.
  • Administrative or security updates have changed your account permissions.

Only the organization responsible for managing your Beeline access can restore login access.

Who should I contact?

Use the same contact information listed above for account reactivation and access restoration requests.

Not sure who manages your access?

Start with:

  • The person who helped you get access to Beeline
  • Your hiring manager
  • Your primary business contact
  • Your organization's workforce or staffing program administrator

They can direct you to the appropriate team.

Examples

Example 1: Contractor

"I work through ABC Staffing and received an Account Inactive message."

Contact your staffing supplier or Supplier Administrator for reactivation.

Example 2: Hiring Manager

"I manage contingent workers and can no longer sign in."

Contact your Workforce Administrator or Program Office.

Example 3: MSP Program

"Our contingent workforce program is managed by an MSP."

Contact your MSP representative for assistance.

Example 4: Login Access Disabled

"My account doesn't appear inactive, but I still can't sign in."

Your login access may have been disabled by the team responsible for your account. Contact the person or team responsible for your Beeline access and ask them to review your login permissions and access settings.

What happens after my account is reactivated?

Once your access has been restored:

  1. Return to the sign-in page.
  2. Sign in using your normal credentials.
  3. Complete any required verification steps, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Your account has been successfully restored when you can sign in and access your normal work in Beeline without receiving an Account Inactive message.
