How to steps 

Information in this article reflects a standard Enterprise configuration. Your Enterprise platform is based on your organization’s configuration. Settings and/or data visibility rules may vary slightly from what is described.

Creating a standard report

To accomplish your task, complete these steps from your Enterprise dashboard.

  1. From the Navigation menu, select Report Gallery. The Report Gallery page displays.

  2. Locate the report you want, and then select Run. A Create Report page displays.

  3. Enter desired criteria in the Information, Instructions, and Parameters sections.

  4. Select Create Report.

Scheduling a standard report

To accomplish your task, complete these steps from your Enterprise dashboard.

  1. From the Navigation menu, select Report Gallery. The Report Gallery page displays.

  2. Locate the report you want, and then select Run. A Create Report page displays.

  3. Enter desired criteria in the Information, Instructions, and Parameters sections.

  4. Select Schedule Report. A Schedule Report dialog displays.

  5. Enter desired criteria in the General section.

  6. Complete the required fields in the Destination section.

  7. Complete the required fields in the Email section.

  8. Complete the required fields in the Schedule Type section.

  9. Optional. Enter the desired dates and times based on the Schedule Type you chose.

  10. Select Schedule Report.

You can schedule up to 10 reports.
