Sign in once and access your work securely

Beeline Enterprise VMS supports two ways to log in, depending on your organization’s setup: single sign-on (SSO) or Beeline Identity (email and password).

Depending on your organization’s setup, you may sign in once using SSO or log in with your Beeline Identity and complete multifactor authentication (MFA) to verify your identity. This ensures you can securely access your work without unnecessary interruptions.

Why it matters

  • Protects your account with secure identity verification, including MFA when required.
  • Reduces login time so you can access Beeline faster and avoid repeated sign-ins.
  • Simplifies access by using a single set of credentials based on your organization.
  • Ensures you only access the data and tools you’re authorized to use.
  • Helps you recover access quickly using built-in support and recovery options.

Who it’s for

  • Clients, suppliers, contractors, and program users accessing Beeline Enterprise VMS
  • Users logging in with SSO or Beeline Identity
  • Users who may be required to complete MFA during login

How it helps

  • Lets you sign in once with SSO and move across connected systems without logging in again.
  • Gives you a simple login experience with a single Beeline Identity when SSO isn’t used.
  • Adds MFA as a secure second step to verify your identity and protect your account.
  • Provides flexible recovery options so you can regain access without disruption.

Choosing your login option

Option When to use it
Single sign-on (SSO) Your company uses its own login system
Beeline Identity You log in with a Beeline email and password (may include MFA)

💡 If you’re unsure which option to use, check with your program office or IT team.

 How to steps

Information in this article reflects a standard Enterprise configuration. Your Enterprise platform is based on your organization’s configuration. Settings and/or data visibility rules may vary slightly from what is described.

Follow these steps from any supported browser.

Logging in with single sign-on (SSO)

If your company uses single sign-on (SSO), you log in using your company credentials. You sign in once and can access Beeline and other connected systems without logging in again.

If MFA is enabled, you must complete a verification step after entering your password.

  1. Go to your company’s Beeline URL. The Welcome page displays.

  2. Select Continue with SSO.
💡 If you see both Log in to Beeline and Continue with SSO, choose Continue with SSO

  3. Follow your organization’s login process.

✅ You’re logged in and your dashboard displays.

If your account is linked to multiple users, you can switch between them without logging out.

Important behavior

  • Your login credentials are managed by your company.
  • If MFA for SSO is required, it’s handled through your company’s system.
  • If you have trouble logging in, contact your organization’s IT or security team.
  • You may be signed in automatically if already authenticated with your company.

Logging in with your Beeline Identity

If your company does not use SSO, log in with your Beeline email and password. This is called your Beeline Identity.

If MFA is enabled, you must complete a verification step after entering your password to access your account. For setup, login steps, or recovery options, see Logging in with MFA to Beeline Enterprise.

  1. Navigate to your Beeline site. The Welcome page displays.

What this does: Opens the Welcome page.

Why this matters: Starts the sign-in process.

  2. Select Log in to Beeline. The Log in to Beeline page displays.

What this does: Opens the Log in to Beeline page.

Why this matters: Ensures you use Beeline credentials instead of SSO.

  3. Enter your email address and select Continue.

What this does: Identifies your account.

Why this matters: Connects you to your Beeline profile.

  4. Enter your password and select Continue. The Verify your identity page displays (if MFA is required).

What this does: Authenticates your credentials.

Why this matters: Verifies your identity and determines whether MFA is required.

  5. Enter your verification code or choose another method.

What this does: Confirms your identity with a second step.

Why this matters: Protects your account from unauthorized access.

✅ You’re logged in to Enterprise, your default dashboard displays, and you’re ready to go.

What this means

  • Your email and password are managed within Beeline
  • MFA adds a second step to verify your identity
  • You may use an authentication app, email, or recovery method to complete MFA

Important behavior

  • If this is your first login, use the instructions in your Welcome email to set your password.
  • If MFA is required, you must complete verification to access your account.
  • Select Try another method if you cannot use your primary verification option.
  • Use Forgot Password if you cannot access your account.
  • Your password must meet Beeline security requirements.
