My authentication code isn’t working—what should I do?
Troubleshooting invalid 6-digit authentication codes in Beeline login and MFA setup
Authentication codes can occasionally fail due to small timing differences between your device and the server. This is a common issue
To resolve this, try ensuring your device’s date and time are set to update automatically. Then generate a new code and try again. If needed, restarting the setup process can also help.
Common causes
- Device time is not synced
- Authenticator app setup issue

- When prompted, complete the Secure My Account step
Step 2: Enter your code
- Open your authenticator app

Step 3: If the code isn’t accepted
