Switch users without signing out

If your Beeline Identity is associated with multiple users or Beeline Enterprise instances, you can switch the active user directly from your dashboard. This lets you move between environments without signing out and back in.

Changing the account you’re working in

Information in this article reflects a standard Enterprise configuration. Your Enterprise platform is based on your organization’s configuration. Settings and/or data visibility rules may vary slightly from what is described.

Follow these steps from your default dashboard.

  1. Select the dropdown next to your username.

    What this does: Displays the list of available users tied to your identity.

    Why this matters: Lets you choose which account to use.

     

  2. Select the user you want to switch to. Your active username updates in the dashboard.

    What this does: Changes your active user.

    Why this matters: Updates your access and permissions to match the selected user.

✅ If the selected user belongs to a different Enterprise site, you are automatically redirected to that site’s dashboard.

What this means

  • You remain logged in while switching users.
  • Your access changes based on the selected user.
  • You can quickly move between roles or organizations.

Important behavior

  • Available users depend on how your account is configured.
  • Switching users updates your permissions and visible data.
  • You may be redirected to a different Enterprise site when switching.
