Track your Clients using End Client!
Many Beeline Customers who provide multinational professional services and consulting resources need a way to store, track, and report on information about the numerous companies they service. In addition, linking those companies to requests, candidates, and assignments is critical to the success of program workflows and business practices. With the End Client feature, you can do all of that!
With End Client, you can capture, track, and manage specifics about the companies to which you provide services. Using End Client makes your Beeline Enterprise your system of record, and proliferates company details into your downstream workflows, such as requests, assignments, and resources.
TIP: The End Client feature was rebranded in 2019. You might be familiar with End Client by one of these terms: Billable Client, Client Bill Rate Margin, My Client, Procurement Client, Rebill Client, or the Client’s Client.
Main benefits
- Make the Beeline VMS your system of record and store specifics about your end clients, such as client name, code, description, and status.
- Automate and import information about your end client data to make sure data remains current and accurate.
- Help users make an educated decision when choosing a client on a request or assignment.
- Reduce the likelihood of assigning the incorrect client to a request.
- Streamline your requisition process by providing end client details to users during Request Creation, such as:
- Client name
- Client bill rate
- Client bill rate margin amount
- Client bill rate margin percentage
- Allow users to change end client details at the assignment level.
- Filter and report data by client name from Request, Candidate, Assignment and Financial level reports.
Persona
Program Office users configured with the appropriate roles and permissions can manage End Client data.
Hiring Managers can leverage End Client data while creating or editing a requisition, extending a candidate offer and viewing an assignment after Enterprise is configured and populated with data.
Action required
Adding End Client to Enterprise requires a Make a Change ticket and Enterprise configuration. Your Client Operations Manager (COM) must activate End Client for all applicable request types, grant designated users access to view, edit, and manage end client details, and customize your organization’s reports to include End Client data.
After Enterprise is configured, Program Office users can manually add individual end client details or import a group of end client details from a source file. Once those steps are complete, Hiring Managers can leverage end client information when creating requests.
