Interview Manager puts a consolidated, real-time view of interview activities at your fingertips so you can easily manage interviews for multiple candidates with multiple suppliers. Interview Manager shows you an at-a-glance summary of candidates and interview statuses for a specific requisition streamlining tracking who’s scheduled on which date, where the interview is taking place, and who the primary contact is.
Using Interview Manager, you can choose online interview methods, like BlueJeans©, Cisco WebEx®, Google Hangouts™, LogMeIn® GoToMeeting®, Microsoft® Skype®, Microsoft® Teams®, or Zoom©. You can invite attendees and select multiple dates and times for an interview, which gives your suppliers more options to choose from. Plus, you can use Beeline’s Microsoft Outlook 365® integration and get real-time schedule recommendations!

Persona
Your Beeline administrator must turn on Interview Manager and configure Beeline Enterprise before you and your users can access the feature. Your interview coordinator is the primary user of the Interview Manager.
The interview coordinator is not a new Enterprise role. Your organization’s interview coordinator is typically a user with one of these roles: hiring manager, Managed Service Provider or program office user.
Action required
Adding the Interview Manager component to your Contingent Staffing module requires a Make a Change ticket. Then, your Client Operations Manager (COM) can ensure Enterprise is configured and that permissions are granted to the applicable users to administer interview methods for your organization.
Your organization can also open a Service Request ticket to have these features added to your Interview Manager component.
