Beeline Enterprise houses several easy-to-use dashboard reports, list reports, and standard reports. The key to creating a report in Beeline Enterprise is knowing which report to use.DashboardDashboards can be found on the user’s homepage, within the Main Header. Dashboards are created by user role and can contain list reports and chats. These dashboards can be modified to meet the user needs. A Program Office can contact their Beeline Enterprise Representative to request modifications to the reports on a dashboard or replace the current reports with useful program data. List ReportsList reports are located throughout Beeline Enterprise. List reports can be modified and exported. Manage/Search Manage/Search can be used to find detailed information based on the category of Manage/Search selected. Each category incorporates a variety of filters so that the user can refine their search as needed. Search results are visible within Beeline Enterprise and can be exported in report format.To use Manage/Search, click on the desired category from the menu list. Use the displayed filters to set your search parameters, then click Search. The search results will display at the bottom of your screen. Click Edit to adjust the column display and/or sort order for your results. This link is located on the right side of the screen, directly above and below your results list. Click Export to download your results into an Excel® spreadsheet. Simple Search Simple Search can be used to find a specific record or to search for a group of records similar to Manage/Search. Base ReportsWhat are the report Definitions? Definitions are the root of Beeline Enterprise reporting. They list all the possible fields that can be incorporated into any Beeline Enterprise report broken down by subject category (for example, Request, Candidate, Assignment, Timesheets, etc.) But ALL fields may not be relevant for a client’s usage, especially if they are not active users of all Beeline Enterprise solutions (for example, Services Procurement, Resource Tracking.) We then use these Definitions to create base reports.
